Titan Limousine Terms of Service


DEPOSIT: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to hold reservations.


LATE CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS: TITANLIMOKC requires cancellations at least 48 hours in advance for all reservations or the full charge will be assessed. “No Shows” or clients who do not call in advance to cancel reservations will be charged the full amount of the fare.


EXTENDED TIME/UNSCHEDULED STOPS: TITANLIMOKC has a 15 minute grace period for all time overages. Any rental time more than 15 minutes will be charged at the full hourly rate. All stops must be per-arranged before the rental begins. Due to the size of our vehicles and safety concerns, all unscheduled stops are at the discretion of the chauffeur. TITANLIMOKC reserves the right to charge for unscheduled stops.


DAMAGE TO VEHICLES OR SERVICE ITEMS: Parties causing damage to vehicles or service items during a rental are directly and fully responsible for any and all cleaning, replacement, or repair costs.


LOST, STOLEN, OR BROKEN ITEMS: TITANLIMOKC recommends that all personal items be removed from the vehicle when it is not in use. TITANLIMOKC will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged articles.


NO-SMOKING POLICY: There is a no-smoking policy for all of our vehicles.


ALCOHOL/ILLICIT SUBSTANCES POLICY: Minors under the age of 21 are not permitted to have alcohol in the vehicle at any time. No illicit substances are permitted in the vehicles at any time. The chauffeur will terminate the charter immediately without refund if he or she observes any illicit substances or minors with alcohol.


KANSAS CITY WEATHER OR OTHER ACTS OF GOD: If your car is delayed due to inclement weather, mechanical breakdown, or other acts of God, TITANLIMOKC will do Their best to provide you with a comparable vehicle.
